As a seaside town Dunbar has an abundance of wildlife, including many sea animals. Bottlenose Dolphins are perhaps the best-known cetaceans found around Scotland. They can be seen close inshore on both the east and west coasts. Many locals join the local rowing club so that they can witness Dolphins swim alongside in their wake.
